No delivery, dishonest, damaged goods!!!

Bought TV stand with matching coffee table on the 3rd July 2013 beares delivered damaged goods with missing parts, reported de fault as soon as possible and we where accused of damaging de goods ourselves, said they wl deliver d missing screws only. Later after we have been following them abt the issue they agreed to deliver a new stand, its been 3weeks of calling them daily waiting for the New delivery but nothing they keep postponing dates saying their truck is busy, goods haven't been delivered!!!
