Money Deducted but no goods delivered 2 months now

I bought a combo which was on special at Furniture city. This was on the 29th december 2013, i Dealt with a sales Rep named Kelebogile, i asked the sales rep if it would be possible to have the goods separated and delivered to different people, before i could even sign the deal and he agreed. My bed was delivered at my house, of which it was damaged but they managed to change it without any hussels, then the dining room set was delivered to my Mothers which i was happy with, now the lounge suite, tv, tv stand, coffee table and chair were supposed to be deliverd at my Mother In-laws house which isd in the Free State Thaba Nchu, of which Kelebogile promised that it wont be a problem.

Since then I ha been told one story after the other about not having enough stock and how they didnt anticipate the demand hence they are in a negative of which i understood but i told him that i dont mind as long as the goods can be delivered by Christams as it was a christams gift for my Mother in law and he said no, it wont get that far. Its now Jan and am still waiting, i have spoken to his Manager Nick who was supposed to get back to me and still no feedback from him. Im really unhappy and annoyed
