On the 18/02/2013 I purchased furniture from Furniture City in Centurion. On the 19/02/2013 at 08:49 AM I sent an eMail to a certain Hellen, confirming the delivery address. When I visited the branch on the afternoon of the 20/02/2013, the mail had not even been opened. Eventually, your Warehouse phoned to confirm that the goods would be delivered on Saturday, the 23/02/2013, before 12:00. Needless to say, the goods were not delivered as promised. On the morning of the 25/02/2013, I received an SMS confirming that the goods would be delivered on Monday, the 25/02/2013. No prior arrangements and as a result, there was no-one home to accept delivery. On the afternoon of the 25/02/2013, the driver returned with only a third of the items. I sent the driver away and called the branch manager. It's now 11:55 on the 26/02/2013 and no-one, but no-one, not even the Branch Manager himself, has called me back to make arrangements for the full delivery. I called 0861300152 and requested the number for the Regional Manager. Apparently, the Regional Manager is a very important person and their contact details may not be divulged. Imagine that. So, this is now what I am going to do..
