CLAMPED OUT

On Friday the 15th March 2013
I was parking at Pick and Pay BP express shop around 1Am Green Point Cape Town. There was no sign where I parked that CLEARLY states wheel will be clamped and how much would it be. I have picks to prove it. I asked the guy who clamped my car were does it state wheel would be clamped. His response "People must have taken it off" Then he said I should pay R250 to get my wheel unclamped. Eventually I paid R50 to the manager of Pick and Pay but had to go from R200-R150-R100 to R50. I have a slip but it just states I paid R50. It doesn't state I paid for release of wheel clamping. Cashier's name Lazerus
My argument is> There should be clearly a sign in Bold letters where I was parking. Otherwise I would never park there.
