Good Day,

I'm writing to you as a complaint of extremely poor service received from your Northgate branch. I handed a pair of shoes in on Saturday the 16th of march requesting the heels and soles to be fixed and new ones put on. After having to pay upfront for the service I was told my shoes would be ready the following day. On Sunday morning at about 10:00am I returned to the store and was told by the person on duty that he has not started with my shoes and that I should return to the store by 1pm which I did then to be told that they ran out of rubber which he couldn't tell me in the morning.. I was explained that they guy couldn't speak English.. which I find hard to believe as he could clearly tell me that the shoes would be ready by 1pm just earlier the morning..

I'm really disgruntled at the service as I had to drive there twice now for my shoes not being ready when promised and feel that the fact that I had to pay upfront a service not received, I might as well just have thrown those shoes away and went and bought new ones, would have been less stressful.
