Wheel was clamped at clearwater mall

I have just come back from clearwater and I will never go back there, after entering and not being able to find parking, I found a place to park illegally where I wouldnt be in the way, as did other vehicles, my wheel got clamped and I had to pay R100, yet the other cars did not get clamped, I was then told it is perfectly fine to park in the yellow areas and obstruct traffic but not not ok where I parked.. you guys have double standard and your security guards are rude and pathetic, I was instructed that I am not allowed to take pictures, I then was told there are not card facilities to pay the fine so I had to draw money, I walked to the closest atm which was a standard bank and the machine didnt work, I had to then walk all the way to the absa atm draw money, walk back and pay, the security guard thought this was a big joke and was laughing at me, I paid the money and when I got to the boom to get out my ticket had expired.. all of this after spending R3800 in your mall. what customer service.. As far as im concerned I am paying for parking so you need to provide it and if you cant then I will find a place to park illegally. my cars sprayed wheel is now also scratched. Thanks
