Unjust wheel clamp, yet others walk away scott fre

On 03/05/2013 I parked in moms and tots for less than half an hour, my car has signage and car seats so it is perfectly visable that I have a child, yet because she didn't leave with me and left instead with her gran they clamped my car and would not release it until a fine or R300 was paid. Before I had even reversed out of my parking a porsh promptly took the parking, in it was a mature man in his sixties, he did not have a child yet he was allowed to park there. I later enquired with gateway personal and found out that he was not clamped. Gateway you need to get your priorities straight, I was charged R310 to park for half an hour with a child and this bloke parks for hours and walks away scott free. I deserve a refund as it is not acceptable to clamp some people and not others.
