Gautrain
Penalty Fee

As a loyal commuter of the Gautrain I write this letter with disappointment and heart broken.

I commute from Hatfield to Rosebank on a daily basis, yesterday there was a technical problem between Hatfield and Pretoria station. Buses were provided for all commuters, but after standing on a queue for a long time, I then decide to drive to Pretoria station and only to find that there was no parking. As I was running late and I saw some cars parked on the drop off zone, I also parked my car there. On my way back from work I found my car clamped and I was also fined R 700.00 and some of the cars which parked there were not clamped.

All I'm asking for is why the other vehicles were not clamped and only two cars were clamped and It was not my fault, as I was inconvenienced.
