It is with great sadness that I write this report. Last year, my husband decided to treat me with a new engagement ring. We were travelling to Joburg at the time and we did a stop at American Swiss in Sandton. We were helped by one of the staff as well as the manager, they did an amazing job, cant fault them. We bought the ring and they sent to be re-sized and further posted to Lephalale / Ellisras (where we reside). I was excited to get my new ring and kept checking for its arrival, the staff were so rude. Every time I rang American Swiss Lephalale I had a terrible attitude in response. Eventually I got a call from American Swiss Sandton letting me know the ring has arrived because the local shop failed to do so. There was also an incident with a Fossil watch, I needed repair and once again I could not count with the staff best manners. And on top of that, every time we go there to pay the installments for my ring, surprisingly we get more attitude, shop is closed in working hours and they lost my watch box. We spoke to the manager and saw no results. I am so frustrated that I am currently sharing this experience with all the contractors I know in town.
