Going the extra mile

I would like to thank Lillian Gardine for really going the extra mile in making sure that i received my MAC products. I found myself in knysna which does not have a MAC distributor so i needed another distributor to send my products to the knysna Edgars. she found a way for me to purchase the products without an Edgar's acount, which i was previously told by other branches was not possible. but thanks to lillain for going back and forth between me and management she let me know that i could buy a gift card and the transaction could be completed. THANK you so much for your great atutude and keeping me up to date every step of the way.
