Purchased an engagement ring now i regret it!!

I bought an engagement ring from American swiss Illanga mall in Nelspruit, and a little under 6 months later the corner Diamond fell out (We are quite peacefull people and she is very protective of her ring) we took it back and they sent it away for repair, it arrived back 2-3weeks later, and so scared the Diamond might fall out again my fiance bearly wore the ring... begining of this week (04 FEb) the same diamond fell out, the same ONE, revealing the bad workmanship of the previous repair, they said it will have to be sent back to repair AGIAN. I then decided to call complaints department where i was advised the area manager will contact me... STILL WAITING... this is un accepteble as i paid for a new ring (WHich by the way is supposed to last 50 years or so) I will not Accept this ring, i will accept a refund or a replacement (Although i dont want to deal with american swiss anymore as i dont know what future service will be like) i still need to purchase 2 wedding rings and at this stage i dont want to support American swiss if they dont support US!!
