My Ring lasted 2 months

I purchased a ring set from American swiss ground floor. The one that only sells silver accessories. It was purchased two months ago and I spent about R700.

I look after all my jewelry and do not wash with it on or do anything to purposely ruin a ring that i love.

My Boyfriend then realized that it had started to shift shape and it was not suppose to do that. I then took it to American Swiss on Sunday and asked to repair it as it was still in its guarantee period. The Manager then accused me of man handling the ring and indirectly said that it was my fault it started looking like that. I have had jewelry all my life and this is the second time in my life that i have returned it, and both occasions has it been bought from American Swiss.

The quality is appalling and it saddens me to know that they wanted me to pay extra to have it repaired thats when i told my boyfriend i refuse to pay as i would probably end up paying about 1/2 of what it cost and it wasn't worth my time or money.

I just want my money back thats all you can take both your jewelry pieces and shove it as i will no longer shop at american swiss.
