NO STOCK OF HOMEMARK'S TOP MOP

I purchased the last Homemark TopMop at Game in Kolonnade Mall on 27 Feb 2013. The spin section of the bucket was faulty and when I returned it to Game on 5 March 2013, I was told that they do not have stock. I was referred to the Homemark outlet in the mall. There I was assisted very effectively by Mr Lucienne Dlomo. Although the faulty stock was not part of his shop, he gladly and very effectively assisted me and then had to do all the admin to have it replaced. I am very disappointed in the staff member and the supervisor of Game who did not order adequate stock to sell/exchange, seeing that this product is so fervently advertised on TV at the moment. I really trust that this matter will be attended to urgently by Game and the staff member and his supervisor of the Homemark section. South Africa needs service delivery and excellent after sales service!
