My sam sindane and i had an account with total sport from 2007 and i made payments several time until i wasnt working and my account was handed over to van der merve attorneys .they contacted me last year and i started paying as i was now working amount was R1350 on october 2012, after settling the payment i then contacted a someone from customer service and he gave a number to fax my settlement letter which i did, but no one got back to or even updated my information with credit bureau, i then trans-union they told total sports have updated my info yet i m still handed over after 5 months .i then requested assisted on the matter and i was told i will get an answer in 48hrs which that never happened, i emailed them all the information they needed but non of them got back to me after weeks of waiting, lusanda requested all my details i gave her but still no respond or update as to how far are they or anything really .nothing, someone promised to calkl me back, never did, kept hanging on the phone for 10minutes until i hanged up .if customer service is failing us what must we do, they guys dont really care at all, no follow up or urgency on request why .poor service
