Anthony Richards and Associates are handling my capitec bank accounts... I only found out that I was handed over to them after I settled one of the accounts directly to the bank as I requested a paid up letter from the bank, they said I must speak to the lawyers. when I spoke to the lawyers they said they never received any information from the bank that reflects the payments which I made. I was requested to send through the proof of payments, I emailed the proof of payments to [Email Removed] I called them again, they told me that they received the proof of payments but I must go and ask the bank to send an update to them, 25 October 2013 I went to the Queenstown branch which then sent a query to its credit department. Credit management replied on the 29 October 2013 via email to say that they have now updated the attorneys. 30 October 2013, I contacted the attorneys which they told me that they have not received any information from capitec. I am now left hanging, both the Attorneys and Capitec do not want to take ownership of this query. to my stupidity, I am of the view that the proof of payment that I sent to both of them was enough to sort this out
