I have been harrassed by JM Attorneys to pay accounts that i have already paid for previously, eventually i gave in and paid the accounts again because i did not request the paid up letters the first time around or give written notification to close the accounts as they say. I have made the payments in June 2013 and i had to constantly phone and fax the proof of payment on numerous occassion for them to update my account. One of the accounts is still not updated till today. I have been requested again to fax back the information received from the because there is no information updated on their system that i was sent the settlement letters. There have been also a number of fees added onto the account after the payment and no information has been given on them after i have sent a number of letter to the Query Department as requested but only received an sms confirmation that they have received my query.
