Handed Over – No Information Available!!!

I was handed over to Transunion about some or other outstanding Medical Aid contribution (Nobody can actually tell me).
I received two calls from two different call centre agents which informed me that there is a outstanding amount of approximately R4800 and needed to be paid to clear my name. On both occasions not one of the agents had the information requested or could tell me why I was handed over, up to date I have still not received any information and no one has called me again. I am no officially black listed for something I had no information for???

The call centre in incompetent and they never follow up on queries.

How can you be handed over if there was no information provided from the company that handed the case over to Trans Union???

Pathetic!!!
