Good day

I have paid my Edgars account in full and closed it on the 15 December 2012.I have requested the customer center to close the account immediately after settling the account. I have spoken to one of the customer service agent over the phone and was told that my account has been closed. In the month of February i spoke to Zanele Makhubo from Edgars customer centre regarding the account that has not been updated @ Credit Bureau and she told me that she will send a request to the Credit Bureau and requested a paid up letter as well. I called the Customer centre again in May 2013 and was promised that they will send a letter to the Credit Bureau and my profile will be updated in 15 days and to my surprise the account is still not updated to date. On the first of August 2013 called the Edgards Customer Center and insisted on speaking to the supervisor and he promised to sort it out. I am tired of empty promises from the Customer Services and needs my profile to be updated @ TransUnion and Experian. Its really frustrating because the account is fully paid and the status is open/current and showing that i am still paying it, Please assist in getting the Edgars nightmare over.
