REALLY BAD SERVICE

I have had the worst service from this company!
The people at Leserskring/Leisure Books do not communicate with each other. I have spoken and emailed numerous people regarding a book that I cancelled and was still sent to me. My husband phoned them after I received numerous threatening sms's regarding my account. They told him that the book (that we sent back) is there, but they are to busy to credit my account. I arranged to pay on the 1st which I did - and they still phone me to ask if I have made payment.
Today I received a letter in the post from ITC, "requesting" that I pay my account.
I sent so many emails and they just do not bother to reply.
This is really bad service.
