I have received an invitation in the post to open an account and when applying i received nothing but bad service. i sopke to jackie both today and on Wednesday and she advised my employment still needs to be confirmed. i have been a foshini account holder before and was promised this will be done in 48 hours. i still have not received any feedback.
the consltant put me on hold and then dropped the phone in my ear.
i have been told that @home called my office but all the agents insist that they did not get conformation.
