Shocking Service and Goods not delivered

I have purchased a KIC stove from your House and Home store in Roodepoort on Monday 18/02/2013. Delivery was to be made by NDC in Durban. I was promised delivery before the Friday 22/02/2013. No delivery took place on this day.
I phoned to follow up with the sales lady Peggy on Saturday 23/02/2013, she promised to phone me back on the same day but did not.
I made several phone calls and visits to the branch to follow up. I visited the branch on Wednesday 27/02/2013 and they promised delivery first thing on Thursday morning.
On Friday I went to the branch and they tell me the stove has been sold and no other stock available. I cannot understand this because when I paid for it they had stock.
They now ask me to pay more to get another model when I refused the managers attitude was that he either gives me back my money and I look else where or I wait for them to get stock of the KIC .

Is this the way to treat customers who has paid for the goods already. This service is totally unacceptable. I expect H&H to deliver the exact stove purchased asap at no extra cost to me. This will surely be my last purchase from H&H.
