Worst shopping experience

My wife and I went to our local Game store.
on entering there was almost no walking space in the isles because of empty boxes and staff just standing and talking /joking.
I asked A staff member to please assist me by telling me in what isle i will find A product and I would have had better luck talking to a rock... very rude and dismissive!
Paying was A nightmare for there was only 2 till points that was available... this on a Friday @ 16:00
I know that it will be my last trip to this store.
