They are still sitting with my money!!!

I placed an order end of October 2012, the incorrect parcel was delivered, in the interim the call centre put the correct order thru again then 3 weeks later i did not recieve my order. i called the call centre & they told me they were out of stock and my order was cancelled, however they were sitting with my money. No body had the courtoursy to call me to inform me of all this mess and on top of it all im still calling every day and asking for my money to be returned, and i get stories and processses to be followed, i was told the teamleader was off sick and nobody else could help me, i left numerous messages for Rochelle to call and she confirmed today she did not recieve not one message, this is taking up my work time and airtime and i get told i have to follow processess but nobody is telling me what i need to do to get my money back, How pathetic is this, i regret ever purchasing from them and i will ensure my family members and friends donot go thru what i went thru. i am totally disgusted!!!
