I went to your canal walk store on the 28 November to buy a new vacuum; I paid for it at the canal walk store on the agreement that I would be able to collect it at the sunningdale branch. Then finally on Thursday this week I get a call from Sunningdale telling me that my vacuum has finally arrived at their branch and that I can come and collect it, I told the man on the phone that I could come in on Friday. I went in to Sunningdale yesterday (Friday) to collect my vacuum (that I have paid for on the 28 November already), to have the manager tell me that yes he did see my vacuum there in the morning with the Canal Walk sticker on it but alas someone had sold it to another client during the day. And sorry for me but there is no stock again in the country. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE YOU RUNNING? THIS SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND HONESTLY I DO NOT KNOW HOW YOU STAY IN BUSINESS LIKE THIS! I want to know what you are going to do to make me a happy client as I still after over 4 weeks do not have my vacuum cleaner?
