Just an awful attitude and bad service

The Game store in Nelspruit (I'langa Mall) has the absolute worst service I've ever experienced. Dion Wired has far better service and I'll be shopping with them in future. A number of times I've been into the store, gone looking for something and nobody has come up and offered help. Every single time I've been in, the service people and sales people just stand around talking to themselves. I've never been offered help by anyone at that branch and I've heard the same thing from friends of mine who've been in too. Nobody offers help and when I have asked for help in the past, the people act as though it's the worst thing in the world to have to help a customer. I don't think it's a matter of not seeing me either, I've seen the employees standing around watching me search for a product and not helping at all. It's for that reason that I've never bought anything from that particular Game branch. All the employees at the branch desperately need to go on some sort of training course to see how they're supposed to treat customers. Walking into that place is just an awful, negative experience because it feels as though nobody is working there. Maybe they should all just be replaced.
