Out of Stock... Again... Again... Again

Yesterday, 7 May 2013 we went to the Game Store at The Glen to purchase 2X Oxford Student Desks on promotion for R328-00 (product code 06009693118065) to be told they do not have stock and can not confirm date of availability. We then proceeded to formalise a 'Rain Check' (Ref no. 305/130507/088) and to speak to the Store Manager as once again, his staff was incompetent not bothering to check their stores! Why is it that a promotion is printed in a catalogue, distributed to the public as a saleable item but not available in store? We then further pursued the enquiry in store with the Game in Alberton and once again, no stock! I do not have 2 weeks to wait for this item! This is unacceptable service! The staff are rude & arrogant! They stand around talking nonsense when they should be helping customers! Managers are NEVER available to assist either! Very disappointing by Game!
