Crazy bad customer service!

The customer service in all Game stores I have been in have been bad. I try to avoid Game as much as I can but when I have to go I have to spend a day to prepare myself mentally so I don't lose it in the store. The staff never have proper answers to questions in store and on the phone. When you phone you are put through to someone else - end up talking to the security who has no clue what is going on in the shop - when you eventually get through to the department you are trying to reach, they ask you to hold as they check if they have what you asked for and you hold on for 10 min before you decide to hang up. The staff isn't willing, friendly and prepared to help the customer find a solution to their problem.

If one walks in, buy something and walk out, it works. But if you want to find anything out about anything, good luck as the customer service is an utter disgrace. People should boycott Game.

I blame the management, not the staff. Proper training and a revised work environment might just improve the situation. Focus on customer service and your revenue might just sky rocket.
