Celltone - empty boxes sold to customers

On Saterday 11 Jan 2014, I bought celltone, well it was an empty box, i paid for the box and went home, when i opened the box to use the product at home, there was no celltone, i went back to the store to collect it, because i only went there on Monday 13 Jan 2014, they are telling me i should have realised the box was empty, its the store process that they sell customer empty boxes because celltones go missing, i should have collected the celltone from the verimark department after paying for it, but nobody told me this, that i am buying a box worth R300, they then counted their stock, 2 celltones were missing so they concluded i will not be given my celltone because their stock is already 2 celltones short. I am so sooooorry i dont have R300 to give away to game, may i please have my celltone, the store manager knows about this, they have my contacts and address, how is it my fault that they sell us empty boxes and then they blame me the customer for not feeling that the box is empty, i bought a dstv explora and few other items from Game that day, they are the ones misleading me by selling me an empty box!!
