STAFF DO NOT CARE

Last week I went to Game to buy a new Microwave - in the appliance dept there was a Game staff member sitting at the desk, so I asked him if the model concerned was the cheapest M/wave available, he replied that it is the cheapest but there is no stock - I told him that there was a box on the shelf which appeared to be the M/wave that I was asking about - Oh Ok he said... And off I go to lift the M/wave off the shelf into my trolley!!!

I get to the till (quite upset that the staff member in the appliance dept had not helped me to lift the heavy box) - The staff member on the till ask me to put the box on the till counter so that she could scan the purchase - Which I did!!! Again feeling quite annoyed that these Game staff seem to think that the customer should help them / rather then the other way around!!!

And then I noticed 3 managers standing close by having a good ole chat... I thought to myself, surely 1 of these managers will help me to put the heavy box back into the trolley!!! - NO SUCH LUCK - They carried on with their laughing & joking!!!

I walked out of the store, feeling quite discussed by the level of staff commitment -!! WAKE UP GAME - TRAIN YOUR STAFF
