Absolutely disgusted by cashiers behavio

On 2013/02/20, accompanied by my husband, we bought a number of product from your store

Unfortunately, the service we received was awful to say the least, because of the offensive inappropriate staff attitude and behavior. I am appalled! As we reached the checkout counter we are being helped by a unprofessional African guy. He scans the products and just we are about to pay he notices a few products in my hand which i politely explained that was for a separate receipt, looking @the screen we he makes a mistake and over charges us by over R 200.we asked him about it and the gives off an enormous about off attitude and bluntly ignores me and calls the lady to to correct it the fault.after her help... i look @ the screen and notice 5 products scanned and know we purchased 6 (not knowing w
he added the two products as one, which he explained being totally rude) he then turns around and tells his colleague in his language which my husband happens to understand WE HAVE NO MONEY, ignoring him hubby pays and he calls on another customer. i tell him i have yet to pay he bluntly says "WELL I HAVE ALREADY CALLED SOMEONE GO BACK
