Bad attitude with no response after 16 days

After buying their products, the contact person asked my for contacts that could be interested in buying their products as well. I gave them a contact number for a family member. The lady that phoned her to tell her about their products started off quite nicely, but became extremely rude later on in the conversation and insisted that she buy the products without her receiving any samples to test on her skin. She just insisted that she ask me how the products work. This is not how the person that asked me for contacts explained to me it should work. How can they expect someone to buy their products without them knowing how it will react to their skins? This experience she had, is extremely embarrassing to me. I contacted them with my complaint on 3 July 2013. Only on 12 July, after 9 days, did they (Tumi Mathopa, Client Care Supervisor) contact me to tell me they are currently investigating the matter and will give feedback within 48 working hours. Needless to say, no response was received, not even when I followed them up about a week later.
