The johnsons skincare products were all marked on the shelf with lower prices than normal, so i decided to purchase 2 of each, .at the till i was assisted by Josephine, i first asked her to check the price of the face wipes and she scanned it and told me it was R15, so i said it was fine and she could put everything through, however when she scanned the other facial wipe it scanned R44.99, i i asked her to please check as they were marked on the shelf as R15, and it was the same product just a different skin type.she asked another staff member to go have a look, i then asked her to please check the other products and i saw that the night creams were also diffrent prices, one was R20 and the other was R54.99.there was a Controller next to the till, she rudely said that the products werenot the same, i told her that they were only different skin types and the price was marked on the shelf.next a male staff told me that the products were different barcodes, i said i donot wrk at shoprite and to me they were marked at those prices and i was the customer! they all just stood staring at me, i asked the packer for the managers name and she didnt reply, so i asked again and she said Jacob.i paid n left
