So we went to Game Carnival mall to buy a camera lens. I saw what I wanted and the price barcode under the product was named correctly. As we stand in line to pay, the lady at the counter scans the procuct but it scans in R200 more than what the price on the shelf said. So they call in a "supervisor/manager" or whatever they want to call her... Nomvilo. She walked up to the counter did not acknowledge us at all. Did not great and did not appologise for the mistake. So we ask her why is it that the products are never priced correctly as this was the second time that we experience this at this specific Game store. She did not even response she gave us attitude and started talking to her collaques in her language... WHAT??? She did not talk to us once... we asked then if we can see a manager. Again she did not reply when they eventually deducted the R200.00 and told us that the price code was wrong. She said to us walk with me... and she started walking towards information where again there wasnt even a manager present who we could talk to... honestly this is the worst I have ever experience... they can be sure not to see me in there store AGAIN!!!
