Incompetent and I WANT MY RING BACK!!!

I gave in my engagement ring on the 26th Jan for fixing, I was initially told it would take 5 days for a response, now 26 days later NO ONE KNOWS WHERE MY RING IS or what is going on. When I call the store I hear different stories from Gugu, Doreen and Amelia about how the workshop will not get back to them. Please will someone just get this sorted out for me!
