When i walked in the lady was busy, so i found my own products she did see. My husband and son was waiting at the entrance which clinique counter is very close to. I left my products on the counter, went to speak to husband about getting a 125ml lotion. I looked back I saw customer was leaving and the lady was no where to be found, i looked for her and found her writing something. I said hi and asked if this the number four, but in between my sentence she cut me off and said hello in a sarcastic tone. I continued asking her if this right product, she then said what! twice till i raised my voice. I asked her then how much it will be extra if i change 50ml to the 125ml in the pack. she tells me R1025. then i looked confused then said R385. the security boom starts beeping after we pay. she and other ladies come running like we . she open packet and looks inside like i took something. she then gives bag to someone else with out saying anything and the other lady just marches off after i screamed hey. a guy says need to be desensitized get home and FREE GIFT of foundation is not in the bag. and i got EMPTY CARD. First time i bought from Foschine, I want my gift please
