No feedback, are they condoning bad service?

I laid a complaint with Jet on the Jet online service on the 5th after receiving a very pathetic service at their Chris Hani Crossing store however I haven't received feedback from Jet nor their automated messages which are suppossed to reassure that they are actually doing their jobs.
I went to do an exchange the consultant told me that the 30 day policy exchange had expired, I tried to explain my case why I took so long to do the exchange, their store is always full and i'm heavily pregnant I can't stand on long queues she then asked her supervisor how she must proceed, the supervisor abruptly told her that she was sent for training and she knows the rules, the supervisor then said "makabone ukuthi wenzani ngalezinto zakhe" (she must see to finish what she does with her things) whilst I was standing right there. She could have at least be polite and explained to me. Supervisor stood on another till, assisted another customer and told her about how stupid and irritating customers can be as the policy is printed at the back of slips.
I was going to exhange the items and pay in the difference too.
I urgently need feedback on this please.
