Hi. I walked into Legit and there was no-one on the shop floor or at the POS to assist me. I tracked the security standing behind the shoes, she just told me to wait till someone comes. I waited with another customer who decided to leave. Finally a girl super-unprofessional came out then I explained to her I received a top as a gift and would just like another size. She just said no not without a slip. I asked her who gives slips with gifts? She then told me to go to another store. I told her I'll go to another store where I'll receive service and she said okay and went to the back again. I can't see why you can't exchange without a slip especially when the tag is still on and its new stock. I work in retail and know what service is. This isn't the first incident with Legit. My colleague wanted to exchange at the same branch and she was told people then come and exchange the items. How offensive and why tell a customer that? My friends and family definitely had bad experiences in these stores aswell. Word of mouth is better then any advert. People have Consumer Rights! P.S. I foned customer care and they couldn't find the store on their system. Pathetic.
