No Customer Service at Customer Service Department

I visited Edgars Menlyn today (18/06) to exchange a Shirt to a larger size and had to go to the "customer service" department. At the customer service department there was only one service point open out of 10. There were two customers in front of me and one customer being attended to with a large purchase/ exchange and two or three other staff members idling around. Fifteen minutes later still waiting and the queue is now approximately 8 customers long. When I get called to process my exchange I question the service and respect being shown to customers at Edgars and ask to speak to a manager. I am asked to wait as the supervisor is busy processing a cellular phone purchase 4m away. After 5 minutes I ask the supervisor how long I will have to wait and if there is no other manager who will be able to assist me. The customers being attended to by the supervisor respond that they have been waiting over 2 hours to have their cell phone purchase processed. A couple of minutes later a manager arrives and listens to the complaint and says she will look into the matter and apologises as there should at all times be at least 3 sevice points open. Edgars, customer service is atrocious!!!
