Fanie (the store manager)

On my way out of the store I saw products that were displaced on the shelf with a buy 3 for 2 sign.
I was charged the price for all 3 which I queried and a supervisor by the name of Hanriatta came to" help". What was quite odd is she immediately said that it was not on special and would not allow me to put in a word. What I had said to the cashier is if I had taken the wrong product can they show me which one was on special.

Needless to say Hanriatta would not give me a chance to speak. I then asked to see her supervisor. She walked away and left me standing there with the cashier. After a while the cashier then left her till and stood at a spot where she could get attention of the supervisor. I put in my complaint which was aggravated by the fact that Haniatta had walked away from me.

I went for feedback the third time (I had gone twice already with no feedback) and Fanie the manager told me he dealt with Hanriatta and that's that! He told me as long as he is happy with the way that he dealt with it its final... I was left speechless. He also told me about the other 45 000 complaints that Dischem already has and I can add mine to their website. SHAME on you Fanie..
