Credit exchange

I went into the jets stores midtowon mall on thursday to do an exchange on a jersey that i purchased on my edgars account, went i get to the pos the cashier tells me im over sold on my account which surprised me because i never buy over my limit and that i had to pay in R250 for an exchange of R159 NOW REALLY, i asked her if they could just not exchange the item she said no and then called the supervisor, he told me that they could not assist me because the system gives you more credit then you have and that i had to pay in to do the exchange, i was very irradiated because now the supervisor and the cashier starting talking about me as if i was not even there and the next door cashier started added in the topic so i became the talk of the store which was so embarrassing because i did not understand the language, i told them to give back my jersey and left the store, im sending this complaint to edgars because my account is with you and just to inform you that i will be paying my account and closing it, THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE
