Threatened to pay for products not ordered

We were offered an introductory offer of 25liter cleaner. We paid for it and informed Siyakhula that we do not want anymore products. To our amazement we received another two 25liters. On enquiry to Siyakhula a Jessica Adams said it was the balance of the introductory offer that we have allready paid for. We took the two containers, they are still sealed in our store room. Today 4 Dec Siyakhula phoned us demanding more than R5000 the ckeaning agent, calling me a thief because I do not want to pay. We did not order anything more from Siyakhula. I asked them to mail all information and now the invoice is R6760, 66 with no proof that we ordered the product
