I ordered and paid for 2 Neutrogena Moisturisers on 20 Nov from Rubybox. I was then contacted on 21 Nov and advised that my products were out of stock and therefore my order was on hold. I was asked whether I would like a refund or to wait for stock. I chose to wait for stock as the products were on a special and a good price. I was then advised that I would be dispatched the products later in the week (25 Nov). I then received an email on 23 Dec saying my products had been dispatched and was given a courier code. I have since sent 3 emails (23 Dec, 7 Jan, 9 Jan) querying as have not received anything. I have still not received a response on these emails. Then today (9 Jan) I get a phone call from Christopher stating that the supplier is going to be permanently out of stock so I can either get a refund or can buy additional products to the same value. I queried the email regarding the products being dispatched already and was told that it was a "miscommunication probably". I then informed him I would like a refund as I no longer wish to order products through Rubybox if they are so unreliable and he said 'ok sure - we/ll just do a refund'. No apology or attempt to correct anything.
