Threating mails

I subscribed and registered on the GemGem site, I applied for a ONCE OFF SUBSCRIPTION AND THE COST WAS R99! GemGem continued sending me there products without my approval or concent! This women keeps sending me mails with different amounts I owe them, I was on maternity leave at that time so I did not have acsses to my mail, the last mail she sent, she threatened me with legal action! I asked for a invoice as I only pay if i recieve an invoice! She was rude and is trying to charge me for products I did not order and what company sends you products without recieving payment first! I paid the R99 for the order I made, I dont believe I owe a cent more! What kind of business are these people running, trying to you over for money.
