Worst service I have ever experienced

I ordered all my Christmas gifts through groupon, well in advance and I only received one of the 3 products on or before the agreed date (21 Dec). These products were all advertised as "Christmas specials" and one would thus expect to receive these products before Christmas. That left there. On my return from my Christmas holiday I emailed Groupon on numerous occasions to find out when I would receive these belated Christmas presents, but I did not receive any response. I could not take it any more and decided to bite the bullet and call their helpline and wait out the 150 calls before me in line. When I finally spoke to an operator she informed me that they were out of stock and that if I still wanted the products she could order it for me. I almost lost it then!!! I already paid for the products and was waiting for the delivery, expecting it to be delivered any day!! They never notified me of any of this! To top it all of, one of the two product arrived today and guess what? Black leather instead of the brown I ordered!!! I feel so frustrated and helpless!!! I am definitely taking this up with the DTI office of consumer protection!
