Unsolicited Mail

All day every day these crooks send unsolicited email.
I've read all the complaints on hello peter and here, africacomplaints and even told them, if i believed i won a photoshoot, it turns out to be a fake "win" - you have to pay.
Even if i wanted a photoshoot, i wouldnt use them at all.
I've called and emailed them numerous times - even sending the Consumer Protection Act which regulates unsolicited email - but they continue harassing me.
