Incorrect Order Processed By Staff And I Must Pay

I placed and order for 1 of 2 sets of promotional products and received a proof specifying a quanitity which was accepted. On placing the next set, I was pomptly informed that I had already received my 2 sets of products. When bring it to the attention of the supplier that only 1 set was ordered, they referrred me to their terms and conditions which obviously does not cover this matter as no qantities per set were specified on any documentation submitted to me prior to the incident. I have tried to reach an amicable solution to this matter but the supplier management is not willing to assist me, even though it is very clear that the fault on their side by an employee processing the order incorrectly and the lack of detailed information given. I had already paid in full for the order, but now a refund/cancellation of the 50% balance of my money is being denied and I am expected to pay towards the rectification of the order which is not my fault.
