On 5/02/13 I went to GAME right across South Gate Mall. I was assisted by Nthabiseng. Upon my Bank Card being scanned I punched in my PIN. To my surprise she told me that her system has declined the transaction. When I demanded the answers she called her supervisor who asked if I had cell phone banking facility I then said no. Then she said there was nothing she can do for me as I have to proof to them that money was indeed taken from my account. What utter rubbish, do we now have to activate cell phone banking just in case one goes to GAME? NO, I don't think so. She also said I must bring my bank statement as proof otherwise there's nothing they can do on their side. Why do I have to spend money and waste my time to proof that money was deducted from my account? This is absolute NONSENSE! They didn't have the audacity to appologise for the inconvenience caused. Your employees don't care whatsoever about paying customers. I don't care what your processes are what I want is when I get to your store I should be able to pay for the goods I need instead of being disregarded like that. While at it reverse my money as it reflects on my side that it has been deducted!!!
