CASH paid for goods & money deducted from Bank acc

The 30th Nov, I went into the Mr Price Weekend Blue Route store and purchased goods of R619.92.They swiped my card a few times & said that the transaction did not go through. I then went to the ATM to draw cash and paid CASH.On Mon morning when I checked my bank statemnt I found that it had been deducted from my account 3 times and was reversed twice. This means that I paid CASH and the money was deducted from my acc. Mon afternoon 2 Dec I went to the Blue Route store as the bank said that I would need to go to the store as they cannot do anything on their side, took my bank statement as proof as well as my receipt and spoke to "Zane", he said that he would fax the statement through to the relevant department and would call me back which he hasn't done. On Wed 4 Dec somebody called me and said someone else would call me regarding the matter, nobody called me. I then called the Blue Route store again and spoke to the manager "Pete" who said that the money is definitely not in a Mr Price bank acc & it's a bank issue and I should sort it out with the bank. Today, Mon 9 Dec, I went back to my bank and they told me that the money has definitely gone off my account and is in Mr Price bank acc
