Trying to buy a cell phone cash

I went with my two year old daugher to game to buy a blackberry cash. Chose the phone, gave the lady my id and proof of address told her it was cash not contract. Then I waited and waited and waited... over an hour!!! in the end I asked what was the hold up as it was a cash buy, I was told it was almost ready. Waited some more... some more and some more... almost two hours in total... they bring the cell phone to the front and then oh no I have to wait some more as the cell phone could not be rung up at that till! So i asked for my id and proof of residence back as this was way past unacceptable. Not even an apology for the wait... and you can imagine the state my daughter was in by this time. So i left the store without said cell phone... walked over to foshini and had a cell phone paid and activied in less than 15 minutes. The way that I feel lake side game has seen the last of me.
