Took my money & still havnt got my goods or refund

Went to game on Saturday to buy some goods, went to pay and for some reason the card machines was not accepting my wife's card as there was problem with machines. I offered my card and they swiped it they told me it did not go through but i received an sms confirming the payment for the goods. I showed them this and they insisted that money would be refunded as it was declined. I argued this as why would i get sms saying money gone from my account. They said that it will reverse and i gave them my contact details, they said they would contact bank and call me or they will call me money is reversed. It is now Tuesday still no phone call from Grace or Vanessa and still no money put back into my account. They did not give me the goods so basically i gave game my money for free and not that its a large amount its like R135 but its my money. I WANT MY MONEY OR GOODS THAT WERE PURCHASED
